My name is Kay Killian. I am a certified personal trainer. Two years ago, I used to be a really skinny guy, but I had a belly.

I didn’t even think about going to the gym or losing my belly fat. I was a PERFECT example of a so called skinny fat guy (Guy who is skinny but has a high body fat percentage).

One day, I decided to try a gym facility near my dorm. My friend, Allie, was there. She was one of those hot girls. Any guy would kill to be with. Allie walked towards me. In my head, I thought I finally got some attention from girls since I lifted weight.

When you are skinny fat, you are physically weak and puny. You don’t feel the masculine polarity which makes you very undesirable to the opposite sex. And….. it makes guys treat you with absolutely no respect.

I went out and bought a bunch of magazines in the hope to get “real” techniques from so-called experts.

I was pretty much broke. The thought that ONLY guys with the right GENETICS could have that type of physique came to my mind again. I thought I was going to give up.

On that day, my buddy “M” invited me to go out with him. I hadn’t seen him in a while, but now he is a CELEBRITY in Thailand. I thought ha my friend used to be a really skinny fat guy too.

“Why is he a celebrity now? “He started lifting after me, but he gained muscle so much quicker. I was shocked.

I thought…. hmmm…. Is he serious? He later introduced me to Mr. B. This guy trained many ripped magazine cover models….. all without steroids.

The PROBLEM was this guy didn’t want to accept any more clients. I had to show up to the gym every day for weeks until I finally got to talk to him. I had no money but I begged and pleaded for Mr. B to train and teach me everything he knew about getting rid of my belly fat once and for all.

I said YES. I spent thousands of dollars just to train and discover all the secrets behind this. I was broke at the time and had to use ALL the money I earned from my shitty 9-5 job. I felt discouraged, but I knew the effort was worth it. I didn’t like the feeling of having puffy cheeks and a squishy belly.

I didn’t want to be that guy who is like a fart in the wind. Most people don’t recognizes it presence while others get annoyed by it.

Don’t get me wrong. I didn’t have to spend hours on the treadmill or starve all day just to lose my belly fat. I actually enjoyed eating all day and still melting down pounds of belly fat.

I feel fantastic every day I wake up. Every time I look in the mirror I not only see a good looking body in the mirror, but I also see dedication.

I educated myself and got a certification from one of the best personal training certification companies. I learned all the science behind this stuff.

I realized that the secrets to gaining muscle don’t rely only on workout and nutrition, but also on specific mindsets.
