Harj So I decided to take the plunge and do the 6 week challenge…I was overweight and had to do something!! Not sure what to expect I headed down to my first session which was tough, but unbelievably FUN! I realised there were others in the same boat as me and together over the next 6 weeks with Gintas guiding and encouraging us we kept going. I lost weight, got fit and lost 6cms around my waist line whilst having fun! It’s the best thing I’ve done for ages…A good habit to get into. I enjoyed it so much that I carried on with my sessions….now some 12 weeks in there is 10cms off my waist line and I can feel I’m getting even fitter.
