Fiit Workout Challenges

read moreYou see a little over 3 years ago Emily and I started working out together, both being Personal Trainers, we were always trying to come up with ideas to keep our workouts interesting.

You see, its common knowledge out there, that by mixing up your training and by combining certain movements with certain tempo, times, and variables can make a drastic difference to not only your fitness but your overall body shape.

But if you don’t know how to manipulate these variables properly, then its sort of like walking around with a loaded gun.

At the end of our workouts Emily and I would always seem to have mini competitions, basically we were just trying to out do each other.

It is because of this way of thinking, which has lead to the Fiit Workout Challenges finally being created.

Over the past 3 years we have been building a secret stash of AMAZING workout challenges in the effort that one day we might share this secret information.

Group 2: completed Fiit WORKOUT CHALLENGE Style workouts which are whole-body aerobic–resistance training involving one set of 8 × 20 s of a single exercise (burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers or squat thrusts) separated by 10 seconds of rest per session. Less than 5 minutes total time.

YES – that’s right – the same result was achieved; well actually a better result was achieved by doing only 5 mins worth of effort vs 30? Say what!

Furthermore this is where is gets better – Group 2, remember the group that used Fiit Workout Challenge Styled Workouts improved dramatically in the muscle endurance arena.

And the cherry on top: The enjoyment level was higher in the group doing Workout Challenge Style Workouts.

Oh, I am not sure if it is worth a mention, but the group 3 didn’t change at all. No surprises with that one.

However there are some that will take you a little longer than that. Those ones can be substituted for an actual whole workout.
