I sat down to write you this letter because I’m inspired, and I’m onto something that can truly change your life. The way most workout programs are designed is by deciding which muscles to work today, and how to best set up your program to hit everything eventually; all of this while stimulating the greatest "metabolic" effect. The problem is, you’re already off to the wrong start.
