You do your very best to take care of your health, because you want to live life to the fullest. Today, our physical makeup is not much different from that of our ancestors. But our diet… well, that’s a different story. We pump our bodies full of toxic chemicals and empty calories… and many times, we don’t even realize what we’re doing to ourselves!
