If you’re like many people you’ve probably tried to lose weight many times before. Plus, you’re probably confused and frustrated about which approach you should take. Let’s face it, there are so many diets, pieces of exercise equipment and supplements available and the promoters of these products all say that they are going to help you lose weight and get the results you want.
You see, I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years and the most common goal these people had was to lose weight and tone up. Most of them had already tried many different approaches to lose weight, all with temporary or no success. They came to me as a last resort because nothing else had worked long term. They had spent hundreds, and some even thousands of dollars on diets, exercise equipment and supplements all with little if anything to show for it.
The results they achieved were disappointing at best or actually caused them to put on weight at worst! Plus, their beliefs about weight loss were often based on common beliefs that are actually weight-loss myths!
