But first I just want to tell you how proud I am of you for taking action everyday and believing in yourself that you will achieve your goals.
Also, you are an inspiration for those around you who can’t get self-motivated. Don’t shy away from that spotlight. Help those around you as I’m helping you.
Sleep is so important this day in age. Especially with all the technology that is depriving us of our deserved and needed sleep.
When you are sleep deprived, your reaction time slows, stress levels rise (Cortisol), Testosterone levels drop, your memory suffers in the long run, along with lowered cognitive function.

Before you call me crazy, let me explain. Low fat diets DO NOT work, they are not natural for us. Our ancestors’ diets were high in fat and low in carbs. Healthy fats create building blocks for essential enzymes in the body and lubricate joints, the heart, and blood vessels.

I think in order to change our course as a society regarding fitness and health we need to study what our ancestors did and then copy them.
I think it’s obvious that we will function better if we eat and do what we have adapted to eat and do over thousands of years. Read more…
